Hey Everyone,

It’s the beginning of the year and I know most people are keen to start a new chapter in their fitness lives by losing excess Christmas weight or even starting a new diet for the new year, either way I’m going to try my best to give as much advice and motivation throughout my blog to help you guys!

Last night I decided to have a healthier dinner. On the menu was… Grilled chicken breast with roasted parsnips, asparagus and avocado. I seasoned my chicken with herbs and spices including thyme and garlic and also did the same with my vegetables. I grilled my chicken on a George Forman Lean, Mean Grilling Machine with no oil! And I lightly oiled my vegetables with olive oil and roasted.
